Our Sustainable Water

This consultation has concluded.

To meet the future needs of the Port Douglas and Mossman region, Council (with help from the Australian Government) is delivering an $11m water management plan to provide sustainable water security.

Under this plan, we've recently delivered the Water Smart Home Service (for residential properties) and the Commercial Water Advisory Service (for businesses, community groups & schools).

We now invite feedback from customers in the Port Douglas and Mossman areas, to gauge the effectiveness of these programs.

As part of Council's "Our Water, Our World Famous Backyard" water management plan for the Mossman and Port Douglas region, we want your feedback on our recent programs - the Water Smart Home Service and the Commercial Water Advisory Service.
