Should dog owners take more responsibility for keeping their dogs quiet after 10pm? What kind of goods should be sold on roadsides? Is smoking on the Esplanade acceptable? Do you want segway businesses to be able to operate on our footpaths?
These are some of the issues Council is considering as part of its local law review.
Before we make changes to our local laws we want your feedback on issues such as animal management, overnight camping, parking and use of council land.
This is your chance to influence Council's policy around issues that impact our city. Your answers are anonymous.
The survey has been broken down into sections. You may answer all sections, specific sections or specific questions from different sections.
The survey closes on 7 March.

Council is preparing a new Recreation Management Plan to build on a plan undertaken for Lake Morris (Copperlode Dam) in 2001. The 2001 study reviewed social, environmental and cultural values of the area and identified the potential for increased recreation opportunities at Lake Morris. These opportunities were balanced against the need to protect water quality and site values.
We want you views on how you think this area should be used for recreational purposes.
Consultation for this stage of the project will continue until February 28 2014.
